Spend the afternoon with a high intensity circuit-training workout with Mr. D.  Each class, challenge yourself with the WOD (workout of the day), which will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, and cardio-respiratory endurance through fun exercises such as box jumps, tire flips, and medicine ball slams.
